NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE OF REAL PROPERTY Notice of the sale of real property which is secured by a Deed of Trust is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the "Small Tract Financing Act of Montana" (Section 71-1-301, et. seq., Montana Code Annotated).
