NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY BUDGET HEARING The Troy City Council will hold their Preliminary Budget hearing for Fiscal Year 2017/2018 on September 7, 2017 at 6:00pm at the Troy City Council Chambers, 301 E Kootenai Avenue, Troy, Montana. The preliminary budget will be placed on file and may be examined at Troy City Hall after August 29, 2017 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm. Any taxpayer or resident may appear at said hearing and be heard for or against any part of the proposed budget. The structure must match the adjacent building roof design, metal siding and roof colors, the existing metal on the left side of the city structure stays in place and is the left wall of the groomer building. A new right wall must be included in the bid, to make 2 separate buildings. Soffit will need to cover the front overhang portion of the building. The concrete floor is to have 1/2 inch rebar, on 2 Ft centers with 6 sack fiber mesh. Footings will need to be located at pre-determined locations for structure integrity.
