Thomas A. Miller

Thomas A. Miller, 76, passed away Aug. 2, 2017 at his home in Libby. He was born March 28, 1941 in Jamestown, North Dakota.

Tom worked at the mill in Libby for 26 years. He loved fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. He married Arlene Naze in July 1959. Together they had four children. In 1982 he married Laurel Martin.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents Art and Irene Miller, brothers Jim and Leroy, a sister Bobbi and two nephews, Andy and Cory.

Survivors include Laurel, his wife of 33 years; a daughter Annette (Bryce) Ford of Libby; sons, Wayne (Debbi) of Fairbanks; Scott, Volcano; and Terry of Kalispell; 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and three stepchildren; three brothers, Mike (Geri) of Montana; Marvin (Mary Jo) of Montana; and Mark (Cathy) of North Dakota; four sisters, Sue of North Dakota; Mary (Bill) of Arizona; Linda (Wendell) of North Dakota; and Wendy (Pat) of North Dakota; sister-in-law Carmen of Montana; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be at the Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017.

Service will be held at the funeral home 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2017.
