September 5, 3 p.m. ­— A report came into dispatch of a suspected bear underneath a residence.

September 5, 6 p.m. — A resident called to report a dog killing another dog in their neighbor’s yard. The injured dog was taken to a nearby vetrenarian.

September 5, 11:30 a.m. — Suspicious activity was reported when squatters and possible drug use was reported to be going on at a caller’s previous residence.

September 5, noon — An employee of a local business entered the dispatch lobby with counterfeit money.

September 5, 10:30 a.m. — At a nearby business, a man was reported to be having a stroke.

September 5, 2 p.m. — Dispatch took a call regarding an abandoned vehicle. The landowner reported that the abandoned vehicle had been on his property for a year and wanted to know if it could be removed.

September 5, 5 p.m. — At an area school, a vehicle reportedly hit a fence.

September 5, 5:30 p.m. — A grandson called police to report that his grandmother physically threw him out of the house.

September 7, 10 p.m. — An individaul came across a black bear on Highway 37 that had been hit and killed by a vehicle.

September 9, 1 a.m. — A very broken 911 call reported they had swerved to miss a deer on U.S. Highway 2. The driver reportedly had no injuries.

September 9, 9:45 p.m. — A burglary was reported when a resident came home and discovered someone had broken into their home.

September 9, noon — Criminal mischief was reported when an individaul reported to find their tool box smashed.

September 9, 4:30 p.m. — A black and while Austrailian sheppard dog with a red collar named Coco was reported missing.

September 9, 5:45 p.m. — A caller told dispatch that she let another individaul babysit her dog, but the babysitter gave her dog away to someone else.

September 9, 8 p.m. — Dispatch took a call advising them that a porta potty had been tipped over and vandalized.

September 10, 3:45 a.m. — A stack of newspapers were reported on fire outside of a nearby restaurant.

September 10, 10 a.m. — An individaul requested to speak with someone at the dispatch regarding a man that was continually trespassing on mine claims.

September 10, 9 p.m. — A call came into dispatch, reporting a local patient in a wheelchair missing from a facility. After officers searched for the individual for 30 minutes, they found that the resident returned to the facility.

September 11, 10 a.m. — A small Pelican boat was reported stolen.

September 11, noon — A fully engulfed camper was reported off of McKillop Road. The camper had reportedly slipped off of the gravel.

September 11, 1 p.m. — A poached moose with antlers taken off was reported around a nearby creek.

September 11, 5 p.m. — A lightning-strike fire was reported off of Campe Creek Road.

September 11, 5 p.m. — A resident called to report his mother had just received a scam call from a number claiming to be the Lincoln County Sherrif’s Office.

September 11, 7:30 p.m. — A boyfriend reported that he had let his ex girlfriend have his vehicle to drive and is now upset because she is allowing other people to drive the vehicle.

September 11, 8 p.m. — An individaul reported his debit card stolen by an individaul who was out at their house to fix their washing machine.

September 11, 10 p.m. — Individuals camping at a nearby campground were reported to be harassing fire crews leaving the scene of the fire. Their vehicles were also reported to not have license plates.
