The team from Remp’s Sand and Gravel jumped into the lead after the third week of play in Cabinet View Golf Club’s Tuesday Night Men’s League.

Remp’s overtook last week’s leader, Fish ‘n’ Golf, with a 16-0 drubbing of Trojan Lanes. Fish ‘n’ Golf held on to the second spot on the leaderboard after defeating Advantage Seal and Stripe, 13-3. Annie’s Cleaning Service’s 12-4 victory over Northwest Motor Sports gave them solo control of third place.

Switchback jumped from seventh to fourth place, after beating Payne West, 14-2. Advantage’s loss to Fish ‘n’ Golf pushed them out of the tie for third and into fifth for the season. Trojan Lanes goose egg on the night pushed them from third to sixth. Northwest Motor Sports’ loss pushed them one spot down the board, slipping from sixth to seventh, two points ahead of Roy’s, who suffered an 8-4 loss at the hands of ninth place Timberline Auto. Payne West joins Timberline in a tie for ninth after losing to Switchback. Moose River and the Elks are tied at the bottom of the pack after Elks took a 10-6 victory over Moose River Tuesday evening.

Joe Cielak shot a 36 to earn individual low gross honors. Mike Munro’s 29.5 was the low net. Joe Martineau rolled in the longest putt on No. 6, with Joe Cielak hitting closest to the pin on No. 7.
