Lorenz Johnson

72, of Libby

Lorenz “Larry” C. Johnson, 72, died on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at his home in Libby of natural causes. He was born Oct. 30th, 1943, in Buffalo, N.Y.

Larry was a generous man who was always thinking of how he could help others. He spent most of his life in the San Diego, Calif., area, working as a machinist, specializing in airplane parts. He traveled to many parts of the world, including Germany and France, making dear friends every place he went.

He loved life and had a strong faith in his God, Jehovah and shared what he knew at every opportunity. His heart was the fullest and happiest knowing he could help anyone at anytime. He will be dearly missed but had a strong belief in what the Bible teaches, including living again as a happy healthy man on a paradise earth.

He is survived by his sister Helen Rice of California; Veronica Ritter of New York;  Mary Monelle of Florida; Carlton John of New York; David Fohl of New York and David Kennedy of New York.

Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Saturday, May 21, 2016. Arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby.  Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.schnackenbergfh.com.
