Fish ‘n’ Golf jumped into first place in the Tuesday Night Men’s League at Cabinet View Golf Club this week, hammering the team from Northwest Motor Sports 12-4. Last week’s leader, Trojan Lanes, fell into a tie for third with Annie’s Cleaning Service and Advantage Seal and Stripe after ending their match with Switchbacks in an 8-8 tie.

Advantage made the biggest gain of the week, jumping from eighth to claiming a piece of third with an impressive 16-0 spanking of the Elks. Remp’s Sand and Gravel staked a solo claim to second place, beating Timberline 10-6. Annie’s was propelled into the third place tie spot with a 12-4 drubbing of Moose River.

Northwest Motor Sports’ defeat dropped them from a tie for second into the sixth position in the season standings, while Switchback moved up from eighth to seventh. Roy’s and Payne West Insurance, who played each other, are tied for eighth, after Roy’s fell to Payne West, 11-5.

Rounding out the bottom of the standings are Timberline Auto in 10th place, moving up two spots despite losing to Remp’s 10-6, Moose River, who fell from a tie for 10th to 11th place after losing to Annie’s and the Elks, who were unable to post any points against Advantage this week.
