As of September 28, 2016 there is due and owing on the loan an unpaid principal balance of $15,804.00, accrued interest in the amount of $536.21, and late fees in the amount of $184.31., for a total amount due of $16,524.52. Interest accrues on the Note at the rate of 4.8% per annum with a per diem rate of $2.08 after September 28, 2016. Interest continues to accrue. All delinquencies are now due together with any late charges, advances to protect the security, and fees and costs associated with this foreclosure. The Beneficiary anticipates and may disperse such amounts as may be required to preserve and protect the property and for real property taxes that may become due or delinquent, unless such amounts of taxes are paid by the Grantors. if such amounts are paid by the Beneficiary, the amounts or taxes will be added to the obligation secured by the Trust Indenture. Other expenses to be charged against the proceeds of this sale include the Trustee's fees and attorney's fees, costs and expenses of the sale, and late charges, if any. NOTICE The Montana Department of Revenue, Liquor Licensing, announces the availability of one Montana Retail On-Premises Consumption Restaurant Beer and Wine License for the Libby area. The Libby area includes the incorporated city/town of Libby and that portion of Lincoln County situated within five miles of the incorporated city/town limits. The license cannot be used to conduct any gaming or gambling activity on the premises. 16-4-420(1)(c), MCA If we receive more applications than there are available licenses, we will hold a lottery drawing. If you want to apply for one of the licenses, you must submit a lottery application. The lottery application is online at revenue.mt.gov under Liquor Control. On the application, list the name of the applicant(s) including all potential owners, corporate stockholders, all partners of a partnership, and all members of a limited liability company. This application is due no later than January 6, 2017. We will not consider late, unsigned, or incomplete applications.
