A Troy man was seriously injured in a one-vehicle rollover accident near Yaak Hill Monday afternoon.

According to Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Bryce Ford Leejay Leighty, 39, was airlifted to a hospital in Coeur d’Alene for treatment. Leighty was traveling westbound on U.S. 2 in a flatbed, four-door 2002 Dodge pickup truck.

“He went around another vehicle, and lost control,” Ford said. “He rolled into the trees there.”

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
