Lincoln County’s first baby of the year was born at 4:21 a.m. on Jan. 2, 2015.

Levi Ray-Carson Webb was born to Maggie Henry and Ryan Webb at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center.

“For the staff and physicians at CPMC, all of the babies that are born at our hospital are special and the experience is exciting. We look forward to each and every one, but there is something magical about the first baby born each year,” said Anita Ivankovig, the hospital’s Chief Nursing Officer.

The baby was presented with a baby carrier, donated by the hospital, along with an afghan donated by a hospital employee. Glacier Bank provided a Visa gift card and a baby bouncer and pack and play were donated by Northwest Community Health Center and Libby Clinic, respectively.

Baby Levi was 7 pounds, 7.5 ounces and was 21 inches long at the time of his birth. He was delivered by Dr. Jana Hall.
