• A caller on Commerce Way reported the road nearly covered in water.

• A caller on Bobtail Meadow Road reported a possible case of poaching.

• Marsha Mercedes Swinson was arrested and charged with theft.

• A woman on Commerce Way reported a possible disturbance in the apartment above her.

• A woman on Commerce Way reported another lady accused her of defecating on lawn furniture. 

• A man on Education Way reported a black Ford Ranger nearly crashed into his vehicle.

• A caller reported a suspicious man working along Ski Road. The man had two guns strapped to his waist.

• A caller reported a man driving a three-wheeler in a reckless manner along Farm to Market Road.

• A caller on Pioneer Road reported a neighbor blaring music late at night.

• A caller on Mountain View Drive reported receiving threatening calls concerning an unpaid debt.

• A man on Farm to Market Road reported his license plate stolen.

• A caller on Quartz Road reported losing his Weimaraner. The male dog has two collars.

• A caller reported large rocks in the eastbound lane by the strawberry patch on Highway 2.

• Deaven Ray Conard was arrested on a warrant.

• James Richard Bauer was arrested on a warrant.

Justice Court

March 12

• Gary W. Lies, 68, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while the privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs. 

March 13

Scott Allen Davis, 47, was found guilty of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $250, charged $335 in court costs and given a suspended sentence of 180 days in jail. 

March 17

Michael R. Early was found guilty of negligent endangerment and sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 324 suspended and 41 days credited.

March 19

• Domingo J. Palafox, 23, was found guilty of negligent endangerment. Palafox was fined $1,000 and charged $335 in court costs. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 362 days suspended. He was also sentenced to 50 hours of community service.
