Oct. 8

• A woman reported a gray, four-door Charger driving away with her walker hound puppy. The puppy is white with a black ring around its tail and brown on its butt.

• Judith Ann Washington was arrested for failure to appear/failure to pay for a driving-under-the-influence fine.

Oct. 9

• Debra Ann Hardt was arrested and charged with DUI and possession of dangerous drugs.

• A caller requested extra traffic control on Farm to Market Road. The caller said vehicles are constantly speeding. She also said someone ran over her cat yesterday after intentionally driving off the road.

• A caller on Minnesota Avenue reported people in a deceased neighbor’s house. It turned out the people were relatives with legal right to be there.

• A caller on Farm to Market Road reported receiving a late-night call from a drunken woman threatening to kill her. The call was from a private number and the woman wanted the call documented.

• A man on E. Lincoln Boulevard reported that his daughter visited her mother today after school. After the visit, the girl said her stepsibling held a knife to her side.

• A caller on Highway 2 reported a stray dark brown horse in their driveway. The caller was concerned that a vehicle could hit the horse.

• A caller reported a pack of wild dogs running around the 5th Street Extension.

• A caller at Rosauers reported someone was trying to pass a fake $50 bill.

• A man reported losing his black leather wallet near the Libby Town Pump.

• A man on Highway 2 reported an older woman in a blue Chevy truck nearly ran him off the road.

• A woman on Regh Avenue reported hearing yelling and gunshots behind her residence.

• Aric V. Hammer was arrested and charged with partner or family member assault.

Oct. 11

• A caller on Highway 93 reported three horses at large.

• Tommy Goldberg was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• A woman reported that her old Model T was going to the museum, but was instead taken by two men in a copper Dodge truck and a trailer. Her husband stopped the vehicle on Highway 2 at mile-marker No. 54. An argument ensued. The two men drove off again, only to be stopped at mile-marker No. 112. The car was returned to its owner.

• A caller at 1st Street North reported a stolen weapon.

• A man on Idaho Avenue reported youths shooting a BB gun at his car and neighborhood houses.

• A man on Park Street reported receiving threats via text message.

• John Burke turned himself in on charges of negligent endangerment, cruelty to animals and criminal mischief.

• A woman on Granite Avenue reported hearing yelling and possible gunshots from her neighbor’s house.

Oct. 12

•Jerry Bruce Shaw was arrested and charged with partner or family member assault.

• Steven Neil Bertelsen was arrested and charged with DUI.

• Kyle Kenneth Ives was arrested and charged with partner or family member assault.

• A woman reported a large black dog and a tall, thin gold dog keep pooping on the yard of a property she is trying to sell.

• A man reported seeing a man with a large beard and long red hair wandering around in an elk hide near Upper Ford Road.

• A woman on Pipe Creek Road reported a tan van in front of her property with out-of-state license plates. When her son approached the vehicle it sped away. She is concerned the van held members of the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. The woman owns a mink farm.

• A caller reported three young men mooning people on Whiskey Hill.

Oct. 13

• A woman on Vicks Road reported someone peering into her granddaughter’s room with a flaslight at night.

• A woman reported being harassed by a male transient while she and her sister were out hunting.

Oct. 14

• The owner of a logging crew reported the theft of chokers, clevises and diesel fuel at a site on Pipe Creek Road.

• A woman reported receiving harassing messages on her Facebook page and via text message.

• A man reported his HP laptop stolen from his residence on Education Way. The ALT key was missing on the left side and had a 16-inch screen.

• A man reported two trucks behind a closed road near Pipe Creek. There were men cutting wood. One truck was a maroon Chevy and the other was a blue and white Ford. Both had wood racks. The trucks drove away when the caller noticed them.

• A caller reported a six-year-old boy running around a casino parking lot on 9th Street for the last half hour.

• A woman reported losing her wallet in the area of either Rosauers or the post office. The wallet had her driver’s license. It is brown and looks like alligator skin.

Oct. 15

• Austin David St. Onge was arrested and charged with DUI, drug possession and the distribution of dangerous drugs.

• A woman on Highway 2 reported receiving threatening messages from her ex-husband. She has filed restraining orders against him in the past.

• A caller reported a fire on the hillside. He was looking south from Hammer Cutoff Road and Highway 2.

• A caller on East 5th Street  said his neighbors were at it again, pounding on the walls and yelling.

• Dustin P. Abbey was arrested and charged with probation violation.

Oct. 16

• A woman reported high school students standing in Vicks Drive waiting to catch the school bus.

• A caller reported an out-of-control elementary school student at Libby Elementary School.

• A woman at the LDS Church reported receiving a call from a woman threatening to kill the entire congregation.

• Someone reported the theft of an overhead crane from Stinger Welding.

• A man at Commerce Way reported the aunt he came to visit from Florida had not been seen in a week and she was not answering the door.

• A young man was cited for shoplifting at Empire Foods. The young man was turned over to his father.

• Debbie Anne Hahn  was found guilty of criminal contempt.

• Jerry B. Shaw was found guilty of partner or family member assault.

• Cassandra Dawn Davidson was found guilty of driving with a revoked or suspended license.

Oct. 17

• Delania S. Huddleston was found guilty of partner or family member assault and possession of marijuana.

• Ronald Glover was found guilty of partner or family member assault.

• Timothy W. Thompson Jr. was found guilty of driving with a revoked or suspended license.

• Daniel Miller was found guilty of hunting or fishing during closed season.

• Paul Andrew Rosenberg was found guilty for failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in a vehicle.

Oct. 18

• Shavon Anne Paxton was found guilty of driving without liability insurance in effect.
