Man pleads guilty in road-rage case

KALISPELL — A Marion man has pleaded guilty to felony criminal endangerment after shooting a pellet gun at a motorist and her passenger.

The Daily Inter Lake reports that 21-year-old Brock McCormack made the plea Thursday in Flathead District Court.

McCormack testified that he was a passenger in a car driven by his former girlfriend when the incident began. He says they chased the other car reaching speeds of 100 mph.
