Self-help legal rep available Nov. 14

| November 12, 2013 11:53 AM

The representative from the Self Help Law Program will be at the Lincoln County Courthouse, second floor, in the law library from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Thursday, Nov. 14.

The rep will be there to provide free forms and information on legal resources to self-represented litigants in the areas of divorce, name change, stepparent adoption, custody, child support, debt collection, eviction and more.

Please call (406) 758-2496 to schedule an appointment to see the representative.  Drop-ins will be seen as time permits.

There will be no visit next month, in December, as there are no scheduled services during the winter months.

However, information regarding forms and legal resources can be obtained over the telephone by calling (406) 758-2496 or by e-mail at selfhelp@flathead.mt.gov.

It is anticipated that services will resume once a month in Libby in April 2014.
