HELENA — Retired public employees argue in a new lawsuit that pension cutbacks are an unconstitutional contract change.
The lawsuit filed Wednesday challenges portions of the pension overhaul plan put in place earlier this year by lawmakers and signed by Gov. Steve Bullock.
