Winston Jay Stoddard, son of Matthew and Julia Stoddard of Libby, was born Feb. 28 at Family Birth Services Birthing Suite in Libby.
Winston weighed 10-pounds, 1-ounce and joins two brothers, Clarence, 3, and Emmett, 1.
Maternal Grandparents are Paul and Kathy Beaumont. Paternal grandparents are Jay and Margaret Stoddard.
