Nov. 27

• A man on Libby Creek Road reported being harassed by his girlfriend’s ex.

• A woman on Highway 2 reported four studded tires and rims stolen from her residence.

• Dwayne Alsbury was arrested and charged with partner or family member assault.

• A man on Conifer Road reported his wife broke the back window and was now walking around his residence as he remained in the back bedroom.

Nov. 28

• A caller reported driving over a dog at the top of Whiskey Hill. The vehicle had damage and the man wanted to file a report.

• A woman on Kootenai River Road reported a forest green Subaru with dark windows slowly driving past her place. Deer are hanging in her car port. She requested extra patrol tonight.

• A caller on Westgate Avenue reported two mountain lions hunting a deer.

Nov. 29

• A rollover accident was reported near Alvord Lake Road.

• A woman on East 5th Street Extension reported a neighbor shot her dog in the nose with a BB gun. The BB was now lodged in the back of the dog’s throat.

• A caller reported losing a gold diamond ring on the north side of Highway 2 near mile-marker No. 36.

• A caller on Commerce Way reported the neighbors were throwing a raucous party.

• A woman on Lincoln Boulevard and Louisiana Avenue reported fighting in the apartment below her.

• A Libby woman reported her boyfriend often threatened to hurt himself. She felt he only said these things to keep her around.

• A man on Yaak Hill reported a rock fell on the front of his vehicle as he was driving.

• A man on Cherry Creek Road reported following people tracks and walking upon a dead doe that was left untouched.

Nov. 25

• Kimball Leland Fehrs was fined $285 for operating without liability insurance.

• Kathleen Raye Reid was found guilty of failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in a vehicle. She was fined $285.

Nov. 26

• Dean Allen Larsen was found guilty of negligent endangerment with a substantial risk of death or serious bodily harm. He was fined $1,085.

Nov. 27

• Michael T. Mellem was found guilty of negligent endangerment with a substantial risk of death or serious bodily harm. He was fined $1,085.

• Aaron Edwards pled guilty to ulawful possession of game or furbearing animal. He was fined $335.
