Old Photo 4-16-13

Collector's Item Libby's Bob Burrell paid $58 for a license plate prefixed 59 instead of 56. He plans to keep it even though the Lincoln County Treasurer's Office has told him to return it. There are only 56 counties in Montana, not 59 as this plate indicates. Burrell is shown with the vehicle he purchased the plate for. Photo from the March 22, 1973, files of The Western News.
