Nov. 5

• The child-abuse hotline reported a sexual abuse crime in Eureka. The message was forwarded to the deputy on shift.

• Caller on Farm to Market Road received fraud mail saying credit balances were overdue.

• Caller reported an arrested individual in Eureka had “put a hit” on him. He was concerned for his well-being.

• Caller on Main Street reported someone had broken into her trailer. They didn’t notice anything missing.

• Dwight Elgard was arrested at Rosauers for shoplifting.

• Caller on Fifth Street Extension reported her ex-husband not turning over a vehicle she was awarded in the divorce.

Nov. 6

• Caller in 300 block of Libby Creek Road said he thought someone had vandalized his wife’s car engine.

• Driver pulled over by Payne Machinery for driving with a suspended license.

• Partner-family assault reported on Spring Creek Road.

• Partner-family assault reported on Carvey Road.

Nov. 7

• Burglary reported at Farm to Market Amish Store. Two loaded gunny sacks were disturbed when an employee sleeping at the store woke up and scared the would-be thieves off.

• Caller on Tennessee received a fraudulent call regarding her recently deceased father.

• A fraud was reported in Libby.

• An 85-year-old man wanted to talk about a fraud charge he wanted to file.

• Drug or drug paraphernalia was reported on Highway 2 South.

• Caller at Rosauers reported the theft of a snow blower from behind the store.

• Caller on Highway 2 wanted to report his ex-wife calling and harassing him while drunk.

• Caller on Second Street reported closing his door and the window shattering. He discovered there might have been a BB hole in the glass.

• Caller on Wards Road reported coming to his property in town and had found evidence of someone squatting there. He changed the locks but was concerned with the persons coming back.

• Jedidiah Benjamin Manheim, 25, was arrested for disorderly conduct after walking around moving vehichles on Highway 2.

• An arrest was made on Dewey and Fifth for driving with a suspended license. No name was given with the arrest.
