Lyndsey A. Shaw, 29, of Parker, Colo.

| November 6, 2012 11:27 AM

Lyndsey Ann Shaw, 29, was unexpectedly welcomed into Heaven by Jesus Christ on Oct. 26, 2012.

She was beautiful, smart, compassionate and giving. She was an amazing daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, niece, cousin and friend.

In her short life she accomplished so much. She answered God’s calling to ministry, was an avid runner with her black lab, Luna, a skier, an amazing trumpet player. She had a black belt in taekwondo, was an inspiring teacher and much, much more.

Lyndsey lived each day as Christ taught us; by showing love and compassion to every person she came into contact with.

She was born in San Diego, Calif., to her parents, Victoria and Donald.

She grew up in Parker, Colo., and lived with her mom and best friend, Victoria.

She had one brother, Donald, and a sister-in-law, Nichole. She loved her three nieces more than anything, Rylie, Calie and Baylie.

Lyndsey is the granddaughter of Donald and Beverly Shaw of Libby, niece of John Shaw, Teresa Johnston and Jim Shaw, all of Libby.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Parker United Methodist Church, 11805 S. Pine Drive in Parker at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012.

A reception will follow the Service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parker United Methodist Church for the Pastor’s Discretionary Fund (11805 S. Pine Drive, Parker, Colo., 80134).
