At the end of the season, the top team was the VFW, with 169 wins of a possible 225.  The Mint was closest to them with 141 wins.

American Legion I managed to garner 123 wins, while American Legion II grabbed 101 wins.  The two teams with the closest battle was between Lincoln Lanes team and Treasure Mountain Casino team where only two wins separating them and the last night Lincoln Lanes won enough games to overcome Treasure Mountain Casino to win by two games (75 to 73).

The Traveling Beer Frame Trophy was won by the VFW team this year.

The league tournament was held at the Mint on April 15.  There were 21  pairs competing for six hours of intensely heated shooting for the top four spots.

Flowers were presented to honor the return to the tournament of our Most Senior active pool player, Geneva Lybyer.

In the final rounds Ben and Sherrill White met Bill Youso and Patty Dunning in a contest of two matches where Bill and Patty won sending Ben and Sherill to the losers bracket to vie for third and fourth.

At the same time in the fourth round Reg and Marie Haywood met with Chuck Haywood and Maria Wegner in a contest that went the full three games before Chuck and Maria bested Reg and Marie sending them to vie for first and second and leaving Reg and Marie to vie for third and fourth.

In the runner-up match between Ben and Sherill and Reg and Marie it was shortly determined that Ben and Sherill would take home fourth place leaving Reg and Marie Haywood with third place.  In the championship match Chuck and Maria took on Bill and Patty, where Bill and Patty were victorious in two games.

The Mixed League expresses its gratitude to Ginny Moen and the Mint crew for their hospitality.

The league officers offer thanks to those who helped the tournament run smoothly by judging and scoring and announcing, Mike and Linda Wagner, Dean Nelson, Bob McGhee, Pat and Joyce Roman, Shawn Weber, and Ed Dawson.

Its been another successful season. The league is hopeful more teams will join the fun next year by putting together three men and three women to form a team, get a sponsor and attend the fall meeting in September.  The league plays Wednesday at a sponsor bar starting at 7 p.m.
