Feb. 4

• Jesse William Harris, 19, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a possession of alcohol or intoxicated misdemeanor.

• John Harlan Hoy, 54, was arrested near Highway 93 and mile-marker No. 174 for his third aggravated DUI. Hoy will also be charged with driving with a suspended license.

Feb. 2

• Adult-probation violation resulted in the arrest of Ernest Cleon Judd, 69.

• Male caller reported his wife was stabbing his vehicle and was trying to flag down a county-patrol car. The caller's phone disconnected with dispatch. Law enforcement responded. Brandon William Shirley, 18, and Joanna Marie Warthan, 18, were arrested for partner-family assault near Highway 2 and Hartmann Mobile Home Park.

• Robert James Taylor, 36, was arrested near the 700 block of Wisconsin Ave. on a Libby City Court warrant for failure to pay a littering ticket.

Feb. 1

• Male suspect was arrested near the 33000 block of U.S. Highway 2. Darreld Leon Bachteler, 45, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Jan. 31

• Caller reported, near 9700 block of Farm to Market Road, a male individual entered his residence and began asking the caller to call 9-1-1 because there was another man outside with a gun. Male suspect that entered the residence spoke with dispatch, advised them of the name of the suspect with the gun. Suspect was arrested on two warrants issued in Flathead County. Erik Lynn McQueen, 28, was arrested and his bond has been set at $10,000.

Jan. 29

• Caller, near the 200 block of Farm to Market Road, advised law enforcement his stepfather had just sat on him.

Jan. 28

• Caller reported her garbage can, sometime after 8 p.m. the night before, was taken by someone, near Snowshoe Road. The can was dragged down the road and destroyed.

• Male suspect was stopped by law enforcement near Highway 2 and the end of the four lanes. Ronald Dean Reuteler, 70 was arrested and charged with a DUI.

Jan. 27

• Bartender reported from the VFW at 108 W. 2nd St. a male suspect had stolen tips from the cook's tip jar. The subject was gone when law enforcement arrived on the scene.

Jan. 26

• Female caller reported a male driving recklessly, near the 35000 block of Highway 2, spun mud all over while she was attempting to retrieve her mail.

Jan. 23

• Montana Highway Patrol warrant was issued for Brent Michael Thompson. Thompson was arrested near Highway 2 and Cedar Creek. Bond was set at $960.

• Arrest was made behind the Venture Inn. Female suspect, Charlene Payne, 68, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Payne was charged $170.

Jan. 19

• Law enforcement investigated an incident, near the Fish Hatchery Road and Boothman Farm. A warrant was confirmed for suspect Christopher Lee Smith, 21. Warrant was issued by the Libby Justice Court for felony assault with a weapon, bond has been set at $10,000.

• Caller reported an individual in the parking lot of the Community Health Center (CHC) was sitting in a blue jeep, parked near the entrance. The suspect is openly drinking in the parking lot, appears to be intoxicated and belligerent. Henry C. Schroeder, 71, was arrested and charged with a DUI.
