An AARP Driver Safety Program course, sponsored by St. John’s Lutheran Hospital, is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 25 at 8:30 a.m., at Libby Christian Church.

AARP developed the eight-hour classroom refresher course, formerly known as “55 Alive,” to help drivers 50 years of age or older to improve their skills and prevent accidents. Volunteer instructors recruited and trained by AARP conduct the course, which is presented through a combination of slide presentations and group discussions.

The fee for the two-session course is $12 for AARP members, $14 for non-members (check or money orders only). To register, call 293-0100, ext. 0. Registration is limited.
