Eleanora C. Martin

Eleanora C. Martin, 67, of Libby died from natural causes on Friday May 15, 2009 at St. John’s Lutheran Hospital in Libby.

She was born March 14, 1942 in Harlem to Roy and Lillian Moran Doney. She grew up in Harlem and graduated from Harlem High School with the class of 1960. She married Charles Martin on Oct. 1, 1960 in Harlem. They moved to Libby in 1963. She enjoyed fishing.

A brother, Albert, preceded her in death. 

Survivors include her husband, Charles, of Libby; son, Calvin Martin and wife Fawna of Columbia Falls; four brothers, Leroy Doney of Helena; Fred Doney of Vancouver, Wash.; Tenny Doney of Billings; and Charles Doney of Eugene, Ore.; three sisters, Jean Doney of Libby; Fay Doney of Worley, Idaho; and Mary Doney of Portland, Ore.; four grandchildren, Ashley, Virgil, Zac, and Colby; and a great-granddaughter, Alyssa.

Services were scheduled for Tuesday, May 19 at 2 p.m. at the Schnackenberg and Nelson Funeral Home in Libby.
