Troy standouts Aaron Palmer and Shado Garrett were honored for their talents on the basketall court with inclusion on the District 7-B all-conference first team.

As one of the top three vote-getters on all-conference, Palmer was also named to the Class B all-state team.

Palmer, 6-foot-2 senior post, and Garrett, 6-foot-3 senior guard, provided the Trojans with a dangerous inside-outside punch. Palmer averaged 18.9 points per game while Garrett averaged about 10 ppg.

Jesse Day, 6-foot senior guard, was honored on the second team. Day averaged about 11 ppg.

In all, Troy, Plains and Thompson Falls each had three players on the first and second teams. Palmer was the top vote-getter among coaches for the second straight year.

For the girls, 5-foot-10 senior Molly Harpole made the all-conference first team. Harpole was a constant threat to opponents and could hit from anywhere on the court.

Eureka led with four players on the all-conference girls team with Thompson Falls getting three selections.
