Letter: Head to store, they sell beef

Dear Editor:

In response to 'Resident has beef with monthly allotment' (Oct. 3 edition, page 4A): Mr. Waters, I have heard that Stein's Market in Troy, Rosauer's and Empire Foods in Libby all have beef available for purchase. And I believe you are in luck ' they not only sell hamburger, but also sell beef steak and roast.

Your letter brings to mind a well-known phrase, 'Beggars can't be choosers.'
