Michael W. Shriner

Michael W. Shriner, 49, died Friday in Missoula. He was born Feb. 28, 1958 in Libby to Ben and Donna Shriner and was raised and educated in Libby, graduating fron Libby High School in 1976.

He had resided in Kalispell for six years until coming to Missoula where he had lived for over the past 20 years.

After his arrival in Missoula, he met and married Sabrina; they were later divorced in 1990. While residing in Missoula, he worked at River House.

He is survived by his parents, Ben and Donna; his brothers, Ben Richard Shriner and his wife Susan, Joe Shriner and his wife Sue and Del Shriner; and his grandmother, Rachel Shriner, all of Libby; his uncles and aunts, Chuck Challinor and his wife Chris of Great Falls; Kay Davidson of the Phillipines; Elvira Orsborn of Libby and Bernice Palmer of Charlo; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday at the City of Libby Cemetery.
