Results tallied for Libby School District Trustee Board

Voters elected Tracy Comeau and John Herrmann to fill two vacancies on the Libby School District Trustee Board, according to the Lincoln County Commissioners Office.

Comeau received 34 percent of the votes with 398, while Hermann received 27 percent with 314 votes. The new board members will fill a vacant position created by the departure of Jim England, who is retiring. Votes were received at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 8. By 9 p.m., Lincoln County Clerk of Recorder Tammy Lauer counted 1,156 votes.
