Ethel Caroline Jellesed

Ethel Caroline Jellesed, 92, of Troy died Sunday, May 13, 2007, at the Libby Care Center from natural causes.

Ethel was born October 14, 1914 in Lost Prairie, Minn. She was adopted by Ray & Etta Sarff when she was 6 years old. She was raised and educated in Lost Prairie.

Ethel married Earl Jellesed in 1938. They lived in White Earth, N.D. before moving to Troy in 1954. In later years she lived in Elma, Wash. In 2001 she returned to Troy.

She liked the out -of- doors, picking berries, gardening, playing cards and crafts.

Ethel was preceded in death by husband Earl & sons, Charles and Ray Jellesed.

She is survived by sons; John Jellesed and wife Gail, Belvin Jellesed and wife Karen and Chester Jellesed, all of Troy; daughter, Hazel Holloway of Granite Bay, Calif.; 14 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held. Local arrangements are by the Nelson & Vial Funeral Home in Libby.
