Tickets are on sale for the Bibler Home and Gardens Spring Weekends and Motherís Day Brunch. Hosted by the Flathead Valley Community College Foundation in partnership with the Bibler Foundation, proceeds from these events support student scholarships at FVCC.

The Bibler home is renowned for its exquisite collection of antiques, sculptures and Persian tapestries and its vibrant gardens. With the exception of privately arranged tours, the home and gardens are accessible only through the FVCC Foundation events during select weekends in May and during July and August when the summer flowers are in full bloom.

Spring Weekends, featuring guided two-hour tours of the Bibler Home and Gardens, are scheduled for May 11, 18 and 19 at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to address questions to the Biblerís head gardener.

A special viewing of the Biblerís collection of Persian tapestries and weavings is included in the May 18 1:30 p.m. tour. The event will offer Persian rug enthusiasts a chance to see the extensive tribal rug and weaving collection. This tour is not recommended for children.

On May 12, the Culinary Institute of Montana at FVCC will present a gourmet Champagne Motherís Day Brunch in the Bibler home from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Guests will be treated to a live performance by concert violinist Wai Mizutani and will have an opportunity to explore the gardens on their own.

Tickets for all events are limited and must be purchased in advance by calling 756-3632 or visiting www.biblergardens.org.
