The SADDLE SORE TIMBER SALE includes an estimated 4458 TONS of Western Hemlock & Other Sawlog timber (equivalent to 1452 CCF) designated for removal located within Portions of Sections 4, T33N, R33W; PMM, Lincoln County, State of Montana. PUBLIC NOTICE LINCOLN COUNTY RURAL FIRE DISTRICT ANNEXATION PUBLIC HEARING Petitions were presented for annexation to the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners on May 1, 2019. Pursuant to 7-33-2125(b) MCA, the County Commission is required to set a public hearing on the petition not less than 4 weeks after the date of the presentation. The Lincoln County Board of County Commissioners did pass Resolution of Intent No. 2019-08 on May 1, 2019. Legal Description is as follows: Township 31N, Range 31W, Sections 4, 5, 8, 17 & 20 (Bobtail Road) Pursuant to 7-33-2125(2)M.C.A. states, "On the date set for the hearing, the Board of County Commissioners shall consider the petition and any objections to the annexation. The board shall approve the annexation unless a protest petition signed by at least 40% of the owners of real property in the area proposed for annexation and owners of property representing 40% or more of the taxable value of the property in the area proposed for annexation is presented at the hearing, in which case the annexation must be disapproved". NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE TO BE SOLD FOR CASH AT TRUSTEE'S SALE on September 10, 2019, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. Interest accrues on the Note at the rate of 4% per annum with a per diem rate of $24.06 after April 22, 2019. Interest continues to accrue. All delinquencies are now due together with any late charges, advances to protect the security, and fees and costs associated with this foreclosure. The Beneficiary anticipates and may disperse such amounts as may be required to preserve and protect the property and for real property taxes that may become due or delinquent, unless such amounts of taxes are paid by the Grantors. If such amounts are paid by the Beneficiary, the amounts or taxes will be added to the obligation secured by the Montana Trust Indenture. Other expenses to be charged against the proceeds of this sale include the Trustee's fees and attorney's fees, costs and expenses of the sale, and late charges, if any.
