PROPOSED AMENDMENT Claimant Jay Stoddard seeks to amend Claim No. 76D-140701-00, a stock claim, to include a pre-1973 instream reservoir as an additional point of diversion for this claim. The source for this water is Rich's Springs, located in Section 20, Township 37 North, Range 26 West, PMM, Lincoln County, Montana. Thomas W. Roark and Gerry L.
